Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Consumer Revocation Rights

Consumers are entitled to the following revocation rights, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Revocation:

• You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
• The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Revocation:

• If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
• Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation.
• The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for reimbursement, unless agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods:

• Goods must be sent back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the revocation.
• You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including customs fees.
• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Revocation:

• The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
• The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

General Information

1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
2. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
3. Do not return goods to us freight collect.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

• Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

• If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
